UC Change offers a Leadership Programme consisting of various modules. To obtain the full benefit of the programme, it is recommended that all the modules are completed. However, the modules can stand alone. All programmes involve self-study before a group session, experimentation, group work and improved application of concepts and techniques after the group sessions. Participants teach and learn from each other. The leadership programme runs over a period of 10 weeks, where group work takes place once a week for 4 hours.
